Inf update Qustion

after a lot of time that i didnt chake my mobo for updates i just found that there is inf update the problem i dont know what it does and if i really need to update this i have gigabyte ud4p mobo plz help

If there's a new BIOS update out, and you're not having issues, I would typically recommend taking no action. Unless of course the update claims substantial performance improvements (HA!).
