Asus Maximus Formula II with re-start issues, any ideas, common fault?

Hi All,

Got a Formula II board giving me some trouble,
Its working boots and loads into windows fine.

When I Re-Start its it just dies..any ideas, I though Bios, so

I've just flashed the Bios to the latest revision on the Asus site thinking it might fix the problem, I used Ez tool in Bios using a USB drive, updated OK

Does this Flash Bios 1 or Bios 2? just wanna confirm

Anyone else heard or come accross this problem?
