Resolving my laptop hard disk problems

Hello,
I accidentally removed the partition of my laptop hard disk. I tried to format the same by attaching it with an external casing and finally succeeded. but it does not show on the device manager or the disk management. Neither can I install the os on it because the disk is not showing at all. Pl help

Could be that you having issues with some sort of Sata controller that might need to be installed onto the OS. What OS are you running and also please give me the exact model of your laptop so i can find the controller for you. One other thing the Hard Drive is SATA correct? Also if this is not the case then you will have to start considering data recovery.
