Is 3.6GHz a good speed to set it to? To much? If i go over that my computer will run the boot cycle over and over. :o

I dont have that cpu but I have seen people can get those to 4Ghz and above. Whats your PSU like + have you tried increasing the core voltage i got an extra 100Mhz out of that :D

I have a 500W PSU, how would i increse the voltage? is it done in the bios?

Yeah look for somthing saying core voltage and if its set to auto change it. It may only have options if it does I dont recomend over 1.40 volts same for if you have to type in a voltage.
