I'm looking for a compactish case for my HTPC, is there any that look nice and have integrated IR receiver?

It's a nice case. It doesn't have an integrated IR receiver, which you said you were looking for. It also doesn't cool all that well, but that's not a huge issue with a HTPC. You'll have to decide if the lack of integrated IR receiver, remote control, LCD display, and better cooling make it worth the money saved.
