Overclocking Above 2.88Ghz on a Q8200

How can i OC this above 2.88Ghz if i try the HDD is not detected by the motherboard and windows dosent boot. i thing this may have somthing to do with the power supply. thats 230 AC volts and 300w

you need a better psu
have you tried to up the voltages on nb, vcore, ram when going past 2.88?

I have the core voltage at 1.35v. I get 2.89 Ghz at that same story for 1.40v
