i cant get wizard, volume thing greyed out, no volume icon HELP ME!

I am talking a wild shot saying you have no audio device installed. If pre-built PC you go to mfg.'s website and download the driver, then install it. If custom, you would need to know exactly what sound card is installed, then go to card mfg.'s website and get the correct driver.

Manufacturer, if custom desktop it has no label, but otherwise all pre-built computers have a label with the manufacturer AND model number on it. Look for that label.
