I would use these combo deals:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Comb [...] mbo.264218 $244.98 (4GB G.Skill DDR3 1600 CAS 7 RAM + Gigabyte GA-P55-UD4P combo)
Here's some suggestions for the other components you still need help with:
SAMSUNG SH-S223B 22X SATA DVD Burner Black Drive Bulk $29.99
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit 1-Pack for System Builders - OEM $109.99
Of course all of this may change by the end of December. You should just come back a couple weeks before your planned build and ask for advice then. Computer hardware changes fast, so planning a build two months in advance isn't a good idea.
