Is OC worth it?

I just added some new parts to my computer. One being an after market CPU fan. I am a AMD 955 BE 3.2. I have OC it to 4.0 and the temp is idle around 32 degrees. How much perfromance should I expect to gain? Also, the temp is fine, correct? I have not touched the voltage so I image if I upped it a little I could get more than 4.0 just not sure if it is worth it.

Stress test it and tell us the temp you get than. Make sure it's stable first than ask yourself if you can get more from it. Idle temps don't tell us anything besides you not overheating while its doing nothing.

As for max OC, i think that may have been closer to the max OC people were getting. Not quite 100% sure haven't looked at 955BE in awhile. I'd do a quick google search if I were you to double check.
