MSI AM3 AMD 700 C45 - Bootable OS from USB flash?

Like the title states, is it possible to boot from my usb windows 7, i can't find in bios to boot from my usb but when i start up and dont press the "DEL" key it says something on the lines of "looking for bootable hardware" if i put my usb in when it says that and then press a key, should it load up?

Sorry for double post but its AMD 770, it wont let me edit the title

Maybe but better enter the BIOS with the stick in and look it up on the HDD section, should be in there. Change to boot from it.
