What is an equivalent replacement motherboard for the MSI K9N Neo v3? thanks

Newegg has zotac and asus 750a sli boards that use ddr2. The asus is $30 more, and worth it. You might list your ddr2 and see if you get any decent offers and go ahead and upgrade to ddr3.
