Hi!
I'm new i the whole motherboard internal (or onboard I'm not sure) USB thing:

My question: are there any AM3 mobos who support internal USB 3.0 ports?

You'll have to do some Google searching on what motherboards are compatible with the efi-x dongle.

Yes, there are a number of 890GX motherboards that support USB 3.0. I highly recommend this one:

I dont care about efi-x it was for an example of the port. But those that motherboard support USB 3.0 internalie and not just on the back panel?

Thanks for the help i wanted internal USB 3.0 too make it a little more future proof but at least there's the PCI card with USB 3.0 for later.
