Problem with hd movie

hi i have athlon xp 2200 1.81ghz
i buy sapphire radeon hd 3450 graphic card i install CoreCodec CoreAVC Professional Edition v2 0 0 0 to accelerate the movie to the graphic card
but my CPU is still on 100% and the movie is not smooth
i need help!!!!

I would upgrade your board, cpu, and memory. Newegg has some amd regor combo deals as low as $217 that includes dual core cpu, hdmi motherboard, and 4 gb of ddr2.

yes i did ,
i ask a friend from work he think its a problem with the codecs (i need to disable the "ffdshow" codecs)

If you are using the 'Torrents' and trying to playback MKV files, try the Haali Matroska Splitter.

And i hope you get caught and have to pay a $10k fine.
