Three things I recommend looking at changing:
■I recommend this heat sink. Similar performance at less price... Cogage TRUE Spirit CPU Cooler (Socket LGA 1366)
■You don't need 12GB of RAM, specially at CAS9... I would just recommend picking up 6GB of G.SKILL 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Triple Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL7T-6GBPK - Retail
■Change your hard drive to SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive. It is a faster hard drive do to having two 500GB platters versus four 250GB platters.

My MOBO recommendations:
ASRock X58 Extreme LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail
ASUS P6T LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail

Well I found 12GB of ram with 7-7-7-20 timings also. The reason I want 12GB is because I might use 6GB for another computer. I guess it would be better to go with 2 seperate 6GB kits.

Also I was wondering, if I use two 6GB kits in one computer(same type, model, company), would they work together as 12GB of ram?

Also would I need any more fans?
