The motherboard I'm going to buy is the ASUS P6T LGA 1366 X58 Intel(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131359). It supports DDR3 1333, 1866(O.C), and 2000(O.C.). Can I buy OCZ Platinum 6GB (3 x 2GB) DDR3 1600(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227381) and use it? I thought that maybe because it supports the higher Mhz that it would support the 1600. If not, then maybe I would buy the G.SKILL 6GB (3 x 2GB) DDR3 1333(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231230). I wanted to build a gaming computer and wanted to go from my laptop(Sony VAIO, Intel Centrino Duo 1.73Ghz, 2.5GB DDR2 667, and Integrated 256MB graphics to something that won't give me a black screen or make me shoot 5 sniper rounds, hit the enemy, but the game somehow says I didn't, haha. I was also wondering about how to overclock memory and if I need a fan for memory if I do so. If If I get the G. Skill RAM, I would like to overclock it. I'm new to building computers, sorry for all these questions.
