First off thanks in advance for any taking the time to read and hopefully provide a solution.
Heres the first problem: Laptop flucuating C drive free space between 10gb of free space to 800 mb. My C drive Max capacity is 60.1 gb. Total used space is 51.3 gb in C drive, so where did all those missing space go?
Solution I've tried: Disk cleanup, registry clearing, defrag, Disk check and deleting system restore point. Non worked.
second problem: The same laptop experienced more blue screen errors in these 5 months then in the whole of 2.5 years that I've owned it. I've tried to scan for viruses but the last three time I tried it resulted in bluescreen. So I've been unale to fully scan my laptop
