Lost administrator name and password for WindowS XP

I have lost/forgotten my windows XP usep name and passwoed. A user name of HP_Admin show up at login as though it was the original default saer name. Would there be a default password?

One way to find out - don't enter one.

If you aren't using the welcome screen, then just over write the HP_Admin with your account name.
