That is just a replacement for the standard Intel cooler. Not good for overclocking.

I have been using CM Hyper 212+ on both my 775 boards for 2 years; it has one more set of heatpipes than the one tlmk suggested, and it's about $30 unless you can catch it on sale for $20.
