Vertex 2 in Raid configuration

Hello,
I have 1 Vertex2 120 GB, 1 WD 1TB HDD and 1 segate 1TB HDD. Asus p8p67 deluxe , i7 2600k processor, 16GB memory. What is the best configuration I should setup. Is is possible to do Raid 1?
