Any LGA-1156 motherboard fits those criteria. Tom's reviewed around three dozen of them.

Edit: Let me clarify, if you read some of the reviews, you might come back with more specific questions that we can answer in a greater amount of detail.

I think you'll probably be looking at a P55 motherboard. I usually like Gigabyte and Asus. If I were buying right now, I'd check for one of the boards with USB 3.0 and SATA 6Gbs.
