what is the best fan configuration for nzxt gamma?

So i have one fan already and am getting a 4 fan coolermaster value pack. I might buy one extra just because i have 6 slots. Anway heres the configuration i was thinking of: WARNING*** extremely rough diagram using -------- llll and \\\

My questions.

1.) is this a good setup?
2.) should intakes or out takes be on side pannel?
3.) do i need to replace the preinstalled fan?

1x120mm front intake
1X120mm rear exhaust
2x120mm top exhaust
Top side panel mount empty= allows space for aftermarket heatsink
1X120mm side intake bottom position = cools gpu
No need to replace stock fan.
