"User.MAIN" File tree?

Hi,
I had to reload my system software and now I find each user has a directory tree created with ".MAIN" added to it. How did this get started and is there a way to correct it?

Happens if you don't wipe out the profiles and rename the PC, those are just accounts created if you re-use the same user names on the new OS setup.

Thanks. I created some new users and then renamed them to match the file tree originally created. I now get the file tree expected and the original deck top for these users.
