No beeps

Hello I ned help on my new system. I have
Asus p6t
6 gb memory corsair xms3
power supply 750 wts corsair
ati radeon (2) 4670 1 gb ddr3
Processador i7 920
dvd samsung
hdd samsung 1.5 tb
samsung hdd 500 gb
My problem i axxembled all this and i do not have any signal on my monitor and no beeps, I conect my speaker to the motherboard and no beep, i have a computer case cooler master
i need help on this.
