I am unable to install the most recent Flash Player 11. I am always maintaining and getting Installation encountered errors. Which gives the message Failed to Initialize. Followed the entire of the instructions beneath the Troubleshooting screens. I temporarily deactivated my Norton Virus software. I unstalled the preceding Flash Player version. Why I am getting this Installation Encountered Errors Failed to Initialize, need some help here on the above topic.

Download the uninstaller and try again.

Try downloading another file and see if it downloads correctly...
