Everytime i turn my computer on my video card fan makes a very loud grinding noise, and will not stop. its constant and annoying. what do i do?

Check if there's any wires in the way, check if the fan is bent, etc.

You could replace the Heatsink fan for around $20 - $30.

Or, you can buy a new video card. Since I don't know what power supply you have you may want to consider the HD 4670 or HD 4770.
