Dual motherboard

I remember a posted article here on toms hardware about a dual motherboard that had two cpu sockets one of which was a lgga 775 and the other i think was an mobile/atom/ not sure chip but used notebook memory. there was a switch on the motherboard that you could turn on one or the other or both. My old laptop went out and has a desktop p4 chip in it 3.2 ghz w/ 2g memory and i thought of this motherboard but cannot think of the name of it to buy it. any help is appriciated.

Sorry dude, never heard of anything like that.. Must be an experimental project as i cannot see any retail advantages of it.. If you are sure about it being a retail motherboard then try to google it..

Umm... no. I think you may be thinking of the skulltrail platform. That's a dual socket Intel platform and it uses two LGA 771 CPUs
