Do i need to add thermal past

right im building a gaming pc for my self and i was wondring do i need to put any mor thermal past any were else my cpu fan has some all reddy on it but do i need to put some on my cpu its self

If the CPU heatsink has a thermal pad on it already, you do not need to apply thermal paste
