How many SSDs should I get?

I'm a gamer and I've seen many people get 2+ SSDs and I don't understand what they're getting them for.

So how many of them should I buy if I want Windows 7 to start up faster and to load a couple of games quicker? Are there more features to them (like RAID with SSDs)?

BTW, I have 2* 750GB WD Caviar Black HDDs in RAID 0.
I also have a Z68 motherboard which supports SSD caching - which i don't how to work that and what it means.

PLEASE HELP

Thanks

  1. One larger capacity solid state drive drive will be fine.
