Should come out to around $1350. There's room to go up and down in price - if you aren't going to crossfire the mobo and psu could be switched out, and you can always add a SSD or upgrade.

I don't see the need to crossfire, so what psu, mobo do you recommend then?

A quiet case in the same price range as the LIAN LI K62 is the Antec P183 $115 after rebate

Im not sure SSDs get you the kind of performance upgrade for the price you'd expect in your budget range.

Instead of the SSD I'd upgrade the monitor to Dell UltraSharp 2408WFP $449
The portrait mode pivot ability gives you nearly double the vertical page real estate for coding.

I'm in love with that monitor.

After having my last couple of monitors being able to use portrait mode I'll never go back to landscape only monitors.

The USB ports are oh-so-handy as well - especially if you're quieting the system by moving the tower a bit further away.

Excellent. Do you have that case? How do you know it's quiet?

I don't have that case but its recommended by SilentPCReview website.

What's difference between ATX and Micro-ATX?

Micro-ATX is just smaller than ATX (9.6x9.6 maximum) versus (12x9.6)
