HP 3820 PRINTER

I have problems with prints being cut off for some reason.
I generally shut the computer off and then pull ther power plug on the printer and this works most of the time but lately it has been erratic.
Is it a problem with a relatively old printer not accepting the larger photo files we have today of up to 15.1mp..??
I think it has something to do with the memory bank in the printer or the computer..??

Does it ever fail on small files? You can try to change the way Windows prints, there are several options in the spooler. The default is to start printing immediately, try different options.

It usually prints small files okay.
I am not very savvy with computers but I'll get my son to do as you suggest.
