how would you be able to tell which one you have?
the owner doesnt know
is there a program that tells what the wattage is on the cpu running?

  1. Use CPU-Z, the Windsor is an AM2 processor, the Manchester is a socket 939 processor. The energy efficient version will have a lower voltage, probably 1.25V rather than 1.3-1.35V. The 35W version can likely be ruled out as its probably for laptops.
