So now i decided to rebuild my entire system

I looked around and i found these parts that im planning on to buy

Motherboard: Gigabyte 770TA-UD3 Motherboard
RAM: 4GB DDR3 1333 eCollegePC Memory found on ebay - http://cgi.ebay.com/4GB-DDR3-1333-eCollegePC-Memory-Upg...

Processor: AMD Athlon II X2 240 - Ill upgrade 2 a new one when i got the money
PSU: OCZ OCZZ650 Z Series Power Supply - 650-Watt

I already got a great graphics card but will it work with these motherboard and processor?

PNY Verto GeForce 9600 GT

And my final question. I got a harddrive with Windows XP 32bit Installed on if i used that harddrive on my mother board will i get any problems at all? Cause i dont want to download and reinstall all my applications again
