This is nuts,
I have a vertex 2 90gb (already RMA'd once for locking up) and this drive seems to be suffering from whats being called "time warp".
Basically nothing new can be written to to drive and remain after power is off. From what i have read after putting the drive to sleep for the first time (you cant go back) the drive from that point will not be able to save anything.
Windows runs perfect, reboot works great but when i fully shot down and power is pulled from the drive it resets my windows to the moment before i put it in sleep mode?
to me this is akin to Toyota releasing a car without wheels? i have looked and cant seem to find a fix. does anyone happen to know of one? i would RMA but i have a feeling im just going to run into another problem.
