am sure that anyone who's updated there Ati VGA Card with the new 9.10 noticed that during the installation or in the release note that there is a feature called
(GPU acceleration for the Windows 7 Drag and Drop video converting application)
but no where to be found , something fishy isnt it 
any one did a research about it , or have any idea
