This is my first post, I'm having some issue with the resolution on my computer. I installed Windows 7 on my computer and wanted to increase the resolution of my monitor to 1920x1200. However, 1920x1200 is not one of the available resolutions. The highest resolution that it will let me select is 1600x1024. I have a Asus 9600 GT and I have a 24 inch monitor. I installed the updated drivers when I installed windows. The 9600 is supposedly able to support up to 2560x1600 according to the Nvidia website. So why won't it let me select a higher resolution? Am I missing something or do I need a new graphics card?
