Core i7 930 Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro & Corsair Vengeance 12gb

Has anyone had any experience with Corsair Vengeance and the Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro? I am interested to know if this CPU cooler will fit my mobo without the heat spreaders affecting it?
And if anyone has any good idea's regarding high quality AIR coolers that would fit, I would be very grateful for some info!!

High end coolers are Noctua , you have performance ( best air cooling ) and quiet.
