hi there,
got the following problem. we send a newsletter to different addresses. Different Mails are coming back with "noch such receipient" or "host not found" or "out of office". We saved them to .eml file in a folder. Now i would separate those different mails. look into them, search for a string like "no such user" and copy the files in a folder to see the reason. other mails like "out of office" should be deleted. any idears.

More about : batch

Not batch, but you could just search for text in file, "out of office" , in the search results, edit, select all, and file, delete.

Then search each of your other strings.
