Why is java 32 bit taking so long to install

why is java 32 bit taking so long to install on windows 7 the 64bit installed fine now i have been trying to install 32bit and i have tried closing my firewall and antivirus as well as the manual and have uninstalled the java that was installed.... Now it has been installing for 6 hrs and I dont know what else to try

Why do u need x32 java?

Becasue 64-Bit Java doesn't install 32-Bit support and as 99% of people still use a 32-Bit browser.

Wanted to thank nicorr I downloaded ccleaner and had over 1,000,000 temp files and a number of bad registry entry's and althou it took over 8hrs to clean everything is working great thanks for your help and response
