Is my motherboard broken or is it my cpu?
MSI X58 PRO Motherboard (no onboard video)
Core i7 920 Cpu
CORSAIR DDR3 1333mhz 6GB RAM KIT (2gb*3)
Zalman 600W Power Supply
PNY Technologies NVIDIA GeForce 9600

My computer doesn't seem to boot (turns on, fans running but no video on monitor is showing), I tried putting one ram at time but nothing, plugged out cd/drive, hard drive still nothing. I plugged out the cmos battery, and still nothing, I pushed the cmos reset and clear cmos button to but still nothing. Replugged wires to see if anything is loose still nothing. Took out all the ram and left only the cpu. Turned on computer, no beeps (is there something wrong if the mobo doesn't beep? I had the speaker connected but no beeps. I'm not sure if my cpu or mobo is broken? Is there anything else I can do? Can't rma it just to let you know If you need more info just let me know.

Did you remember to plug in the 4/8 pin CPU power? Double check, it is right next to the CPU socket.

BTW, that PSU is good for a paperweight, not much else. Based on what you've listed, the board and CPU are you highest quality parts. It's not likely they are the culprit.
