and it's thermal paste and those thermal pads. I then put Arctic silver where all the old pads and paste were....including the VRAM. Yea, that was pretty stupid, it didn't even touch the RAM. So I can't find any place to buy the pads, and I have an old Zalman VF-700 that I'm just going to use.

Where do I get the heatsinks for the VRAM? Can I just use pretty much any small ones?

See how there's 8 RAM pads, then those 3 extra pads, does that stuff need heatsinks?
