College student trying to build a workstation help pleaze

I am a architecture student and need a more powerful computer my laptop wont cut it i am thinking about building a dual xeon workstation and upgrade it as money comes I am on a budget of around 1200 bucks and this is my build so far any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. this system will be 90% autocad and 10% gaming.

1. The hard drive is slow, get something faster like a Samsung F1 or F3 or WD Black
2. Gaming gpus are not good for auto. You'll want a workstation gpu like a nvidia quadro FX3800 or FX4800 or if you have a lot of money FX5800. I know you're on a tight budget, but just wanna let you know that gaming gpus differ from workstation gpus.
