Is the best and cheapest option. | Report abuse vollman1 CPUs Expert February 17, 2012 5:50:15 PM ^ +1 On a budget its a good choice. Edit: And it does come with thermal grease. | Report abuse BigMack70 CPUs Expert Overclocking Expert February 17, 2012 6:00:41 PM Agreed. The 212 Evo is a slightly better version of the 212+ but with the rebate you're really not gonna find a better deal than the Hyper 212+. The Evo is worth an extra $5 but not an extra $15. It will hold its own against any sub-$60 cooler. | Report abuse Related ressources My new CPU air cooler - Forum Need a new cpu air cooler - Forum Best CPU air cooler phenom 965 BE - Forum Best CPU Cooler (closed circut water or air ) for FX-8320? - Forum Best CPU cooler (liquid/ air ) - Forum Ask the community Publish tiff91 February 17, 2012 6:13:17 PM thanks for the replies, but where i am from the COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus cost between 46-50$ i have looked at 2-3 my self, but i have no experience! the one sosofm recommends and Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 Pro Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 PRO CO but if the COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus, is so good, i'll go with that on.. | Report abuse Best solution BigMack70 CPUs Expert Overclocking Expert February 17, 2012 6:31:56 PM The 212+ is a better cooler than the Arctic Freezer, I believe (and it should be cheaper!). A similar Arctic Freezer cooler was recently tested by Toms and didn't do nearly as well as the 212 Evo (which is very similar to the 212+) http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/LGA-2011-i7-3960X-A... | Report abuse vollman1 CPUs Expert February 17, 2012 6:32:47 PM I think the OP may not be in the US. | Report abuse tiff91 February 17, 2012 6:46:29 PM hehe, no im not from the us. the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo is slightly cheaper than the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus. so if the evo is better, i'll definitely go with that one instead? | Report abuse BigMack70 CPUs Expert Overclocking Expert February 17, 2012 6:55:51 PM Yes definitely get the Evo if it's cheaper.
