enter usb 2.0 to lan convertor is now not working.
The usb driver is installing is done completely but still the lan connection is not showing lan wire connected. How to make it sense the lan connection.. kind of a problem...help generously appreciated

1) - Even though the driver installed correctly, The device itself may be sending and error to the driver, IE, maybe the device is defective. Check in device manager for error code.
2) - Check for any relevant error posted in Event Viewer.
3) - Plug into another USB Port. Plug into another computer (install driver).
4) - Device Manager: Expand the USB Controller. Right click each entry and Scan for new hardware.
Note: Don't piggy back your issue on top of someone elses post. It is best to start your own thread, and provide information make/model of the device.
