Windows BSOD please help!

:p  Hello,
Thats the Bsod after i install windows to the HDD. Fresh install. Happens right when i try to boot up. Same error on W2K and XP. Specs
SuperMicro P3TDEI+
1gb of 133Mhz ram
Dual pentium 3's (1.4Ghz)
40 gb hdd
CNB20HE (Chipset)
I have tried many things,Updated bios,only 1 processor,differnt ram,Memtest on all ram. This is a pain in the ass i have spent 3 days trying to get this to work. Thanks in advance

Unmountable_boot_volume means the hard drive is defective. A new hard drive is needed. Been there, done that.
