cycling through 9,0 and 9.9 while indicating 8.7=CPU Core voltage.
Will not provide signal to monitor.
Q9650, EVGA 6800 on PCIEx16, 8GB OCZ DDR2, Western Digital HDD.
Cannot get signal to the monitor. I have tried everything and read tons on this motherboard. Convinced it must be bad.

Is this a new or existing build? Have you gone through all the steps in the READ before posting about boot problems! sticky at the top of the forum? I would try booting with just one stick of RAM.

Is the board POSTing? Any beeps on startup? Is the fan spinning on the card?
