Ocz gold ddr3 1600 help?

i have a qustion aboutmy ram speeds it says unganged dual channel ddr3 1066 but its really 1600
and the timeings are off says 7-7-7-16 its really 8-8-8-24 and what the hell does unganged mean

Some motherboards are reporting unganged as single channel at boot, this is not true, if you see anyone saying they have defective memory please point them to this post.
