of course, I already researched for existing guides to OC my CPU, however, I only found tutorials which go to 3.6 or 4.0.
Since I don't want to mess with my voltage and change too much, I wanted to know which settings i have to change for such a slight overclock from 2.67 to some 3.0 or 3.2 Ghz.

My setup:

Mainboard: P7P55D 1,33MHZ
CPU: Intel i5 @ 2.67ghz
GPU: 2x5850
Power: 700V "bequiet!"

I would really apprecitate any help, thanks!

Just raise the base clock to 160mhz and keep default voltage. If your sample is a good one then you might be able to actually get away with running with a lower than stock voltage for better thermals as well slightly reduced power consumption.

What does a good sample mean? So you say i only have to set the OC setting and thats it? I wont have to disable any functinions?

A good batch of CPU's.
Any functions which include power saving etc; should be disabled.
Refer to manual as to what each function does, and weathers its a power-saver or not.
