I play World Of Warcraft and about a year ago I found an add-on that I could install to decrease my latency from 280ms to about 80ms. Someone mentioned that you don't need an add-on to do that. It was a while back and he said something about REG EDIT MANUALLY? How do I do that?

The latency don't depends of your PC, the latency depends of your ISP.
