If i install OEM windows 7 on the new system i am building i know i can't change the motherboard because it will read it as another computer, but what if something happens to the motherboard? like if it comes defective and i need to replace it, will the OEM builder's version of windows read the replacement of the same motherboard as a different one?

Solution
You will be able to reinstall Win7 OEM, if you get a new motherboard or have issues. From my experience, you will just have to activate over the phone versus the Internet. It isn't a big deal doing so. Also, I believe like after 3 months you don't have to follow those steps.
