What's this 'gloopy' stuff in the reservoir

Hi



Been a really long time since I posted on here.. So long in fact, I had to reregister.. Is there anyone here that remembers the old black and orange colour scheme lol ?

Anywho - I've been reading the internet as one does; and saw this water cooled pc on MDPC which intrigued me..

In the res there seems to be a slush stuff.. is it just there for the photo's or is it anything which is of some use?

It's really hard to tell what that is without other photos. It looks like a lot of air bubbles, but even then, it still looks out of place. The only thing I can tell ATM is it could be the reservoir has an inlet tube that goes up about 50% and is pushing a lot of flow- so much that it's creating that much agitation in the res to produce bubbles like that...but if that were the case, I'd expect smaller bubbles...

Cheers rubix.. if its not anything 'cool' which springs to mind then you're probably right about the bubbles. I think it must just be for the benefit of the photoshoot.

checking the mdpc link shows theres masses of air so thats most likely, but theres always the possibility that the photoshoot was done before proper bleeding/ transport really screwed up the loop
